These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Eventra’s services, including AI-powered photo delivery for events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services
Eventra provides event-based photo delivery services using facial recognition technology to identify and deliver photos to guests. Guests may be required to upload a selfie to enable the system to match and deliver relevant photos.

3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information
- You will not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
- You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose under Kuwaiti law

4. Consent & Event Participation
By using Eventra during an event:
- You acknowledge that photography is taking place
- You consent to the processing of your image for the purpose of photo delivery
- Event organizers are responsible for informing attendees of the use of such services

5. Privacy & Data Usage
Eventra processes images and facial data solely for the purpose of identifying and delivering photos to users.
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable Kuwaiti regulations

6. Data Retention
Eventra retains event data only for as long as necessary to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, technology, and systems are owned by Eventra or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability
Eventra provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy.

9. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers must obtain necessary consent from attendees and comply with Kuwaiti law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
